Milo H. Segner, Jr.

Milo H. Segner, Jr. attended Southern Methodist University (B.B.A., 1974) before joining the staff of a major international accounting firm. He is a Certified Public Accountant and is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Mr. Segner ended an eight year tenure as Vice President-Finance and Controller of a multi-entity public company to establish LSS&M. His comprehensive background in liquidation and divestitures, creditor relations and debt restructuring, as well as SEC reporting, financial statement preparation and disclosure issues provide Mr. Segner with a knowledgeable array of practical experience.

Mr. Segner has provided operational, analytical, and investigatory accounting services for various bankruptcy trustees and creditor groups. His experience includes formulation and implementation of reorganization plans encompassing a variety of industries, including manufacturing, food service, construction, mining, real estate, ranching and equine operations. In addition, he has provided litigation support services, including expert testimony for numerous preference, fraudulent conveyance, and insolvency issues in the United States District and Bankruptcy Courts.

Mr. Segner has served as a court appointed receiver, examiner, and Chapter 11 trustee in cases pending in numerous state and federal courts throughout the country.
