Kelly McCullough obtained a degree in Accounting from Stephen F. Austin State University and an M.B.A. from the University of North Texas. He is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Valuation Analyst, a Chartered Global Management Accountant, and a credentialed CFF (Certified in Financial Forensics). He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, National Association of Federal Equity Receivers and the Turnaround Management Association.
Mr. McCullough has over twenty years of accounting and finance experience, having started his career with a major international accounting firm. Mr. McCullough has also worked for several large, publicly traded companies, such as Nortel Networks and was most recently Director of Finance for the Operations Division of Greyhound Lines, Inc.
Mr. McCullough has financial, accounting and operational experience in a wide range of industries, including telecommunications, transportation, distribution, insurance, food service, etc.
Mr. McCullough has provided analytical and investigatory accounting services for various bankruptcy trustees, receivers, and creditor groups and has supervised litigation services provided by the firm. He has experience in providing expert witness testimony in federal and state courts. In addition, he has also provided valuation services for numerous bankruptcy estates.
