Thomas
L. McKenney
Thomas L. McKenney studied at the University of Texas (B.A.,
1970, M.A., 1971). He is a Certified Public Accountant and
a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants
and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Mr. McKenney began his career with a major international accounting
firm. During his tenure he served in various positions in
the audit division, directing some of the largest engagements
in the Dallas office, including Continental Trailways, Lafarge
Corporation and a number of health care entities.
He devoted the next thirteen years to Lafarge-Coppee, a $5
billion international conglomerate of manufacturing, agribusiness
and high-tech companies, where he became Senior Vice President-Finance,
concentrating and turnaround operations of various U.S. and
foreign subsidiaries.

Mr. McKenney has accounting and operational experience in
such areas as manufacturing, telemarketing, construction,
transportation non-profit organizations, insurance, health
care, environmental issues, etc. In addition, he has supervised
litigation services provided by the firm investigating a variety
of preference and fraudulent transfers as well as solvency
and tracing issues.
