John H. Litzler

Mr. Litzler attended Northern Arizona University (B.A. in Economics, 1972) and attended the University of Texas at Austin Graduate School of Business. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Texas and a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Prior to establishing his own firm, Mr. Litzler was employed by a major international accounting firm where he served as audit manager on some of the largest engagements on a variety of business entities, including the Cullum Company (Tom Thumb), Halliburton and General Dynamics – Corvair Division.

Mr. Litzler has performed extensive investigative work throughout the United States and has been a private consultant for oil and gas, real estate and service related bankruptcies. He has been qualified and has served as an expert witness in various courts and has served as a consultant for the United States Trustee and various Creditors’ Committees.

Mr. Litzler has served as Trustee and Plan Trustee for a variety of Chapter 11 cases in Northern District of Texas and is also an active member of the Chapter 7 trustee panel.
